Width 2.5 ins
Height exc control knobs 3.5ins

These projectors are very rare, as they were made of Bakerlite, and
easily broken
Made by MiniCine for the Eagle, and Girl, comics in the late 1940s early 50s
The cost was £3.3.0d (£3.15p) including MiniCine Transformer,
and two Eagle Films
It uses a 6 Volt lamp running off the transformer that plugs into a light fitting
This was usual practice at the time
Even electric irons were plugged in to the lights
Domestic Ring mains had not yet been invented
This transformer was the same as used by the MiniCine machines
It could also be operated from a 6V lantern battery
These batteries can still be purchased today
The suggested projection distance was 3ft
This gives a picture 14ins square
The light output is exceedingly good, the lens being made of glass, and I have projected a very viewable picture of four feet in width
They only used the larger still framed Eagle & Girl comic films made
by MiniCine
There was also available the Eagle Eye Viewer
